Green Slugs and the Big Yellow Bag is a 2009 American 3D computer-animated comedy film produced by Lix Animation Digital and distributed by Paramount Pictures. The film was released on July 15, 2009 in the United States and Canada. The film starting the voices of Dana Carvey, Danny Glover, Benjamin Bratt, and Will Ferrell. The film was directed by Chris Jones and produced by Jake Sharratt. It was the last Lix Animation Digital project to be released in the 2000's.

Announced in August 2006 as Slugs, Green Slugs and the Big Yellow Bag was the first Lix Animation Digital film to have an entirely non-human cast.

Rupert Gregson-Williams composed the original music for the film, which was released on July 11, 2009 by Sony Classics. This is the first time that a film produced by Lix Animation Digital has not been scored by Mark Mothersbaugh.
Green Slugs and the Big Yellow Bag was originally set to be released on November 26, 2008, but on December 1, 2007, its release date was changed to July 15, 2009. When Lix Animation Digital CEO Jake Sharratt made the release date announcement, he stated that the reasoning was due to wanting to put all Lix films on a summer release schedule, with DVD sales occurring during the holiday shopping season. Splash Animation's Twist City was given the slot of November 26, 2008.
Green Slugs and the Big Yellow Bag was released on DVD and Blu-ray on December 19, 2009.
